Before your trip

•  On the day of arrival, your room is available from 3:30 pm
  For arriva after 8:00 pm will be an extra charge of € 15,00 per person
•  On the day of departure, check-out time is 10:00 am. Subject to availability, it is possible to request a late check-out (for a fee, € 20 per person).

•  Children up to 4 years old stay free.
•  For children aged 4 to 8, we offer a discount of 50%.
•  From 9 to 11 years, the reduction is 30%.
•  For youths from 12 to 14 years (included), we offer a discount of 20%.
  
  The discount is applied to all children staying in a room with 2 full-paying adults.

Prices do not include the tourist tax, to be paid locally, of € 1.50 per day, up to a maximum of 10 nights (tax excluded for children under 14).

• Your pets are welcome, and we have a delicious surprise for them!
• The supplement is € 15 per day.
• Pets do not have access to the restaurant, neither for breakfast nor for dinner. However, they have a large space outside where they can have play, as well as in nature.
• If the animal is left in the room, the time when the room is free for cleaning must be kindly agreed in advance.
• The owner is liable for any damage caused by their pet, which will be subsequently charged.

To finalize your reservation, a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay is required.

• Up to 15 days before arrival, cancellation as well as any changes to the stay are free.
• In the event of less notice, the amount of the deposit and that of the first night will be charged.
• In case of no show or early departure, the amount of the entire stay will be charged.
